  What is eBILL?
eBill is our free, easy way to access and pay your bill online. You can pay by automatic withdraw, electronic check or credit card. Each month, you will receive an email from Cincinnati Bell when your bill is available online for viewing. eBill is quick, it’s easy, and it’s secure. You are able to view your current and past bills, including online payment history, at your convenience. You can also sort your wireless bill by date and time, minutes, phone number, calling location, long distance and airtime charges, as well as view a summary of wireless minutes used.

  What is AutoPay?
Autopay is a new convenient automatic payment service from Cincinnati Bell. With Autopay, you can pay your Cincinnati Bell bill automatically each month without writing a check. Each month, your account balance is paid automatically from your checking account with our secure process. Imagine, no checks to write, no late payments, no stamps to purchase or trips to the post office. Autopay adds convenience and worry-free bill payment giving you time to do other things that are more important.
In addition to secure automatic payments, you can pair Autopay with eBill and go totally paperless!   How do I register for bundles?

  Can I have the Cincinnati Bell donation be sent to a school outside of my district?
Absolutely! During registration, use the school drop[ down boxes to tell us what school you wish Cincinnati Bell to send the LEARN donation. You are not restricted by boundaries. However, we can only send donations to schools that are participating in the Cincinnati Bell LEARN program.
  Can I ask that the donation be sent to two different schools or districts?
No, presently the Cincinnati Bell LEARN program can only send the donation to one school or district.
  Do I have to have a child in school to participate?
No. We know how valuable schools are to all of our communities. Therefore, it is in the best interest of all Cincinnati Bell customers to have strong vital schools in their communities. You may select any participating school that is registered in the LEARN program for the donation.
